WHOR3 Couture · Selected work
A launch campaign built to convert curiosity into a customer list
WHOR3 Couture came to Lumoire ahead of its brand launch with no list, no segments, and no way to turn early attention into sales. We built the launch campaign end to end: email marketing setup, segmentation, and a phased rollout that carried the brand from announcement to launch day.

The brief

- Stand up email marketing with segmentation from day one
- Deliver the launch as a phased campaign rather than a single announcement
The strategic response
The challenge
Launching a new fashion brand means asking people to care before there is anything to buy. WHOR3 Couture needed more than a coming-soon page — it needed a way to capture early interest, speak to different audiences differently, and build momentum toward launch day.
The approach
We treated the launch as a phased campaign rather than a single moment. Email marketing was set up from the ground up, with segmentation built in from the start so that early subscribers, engaged followers, and new signups each received messaging shaped to where they were in the journey.
The result
The brand launched with an owned audience it could speak to directly — a segmented email list and a campaign structure designed to keep working after launch day.
